Hi Guys,

Our users found that using the shortcut under Google Marketplace was a handy way to access JIRA - although it's not there now!

Do you know why it's not there or what we can do to get it back?

Thanks,

Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

JIRA started using Google Directory APIs instead of integrating via Google Marketplace. The change has been made due to Google deprecating their administration APIs.

Thanks and regards,

Hi Simon,

Here is some more information that may be helpful. Unfortunately we do not have a published app in the Google Marketplace with the new OAuth 2.0 authentication (as is it no longer needed to authenticate), but we do have an open bug/enhancement to add it that was created today:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-42969

In line with our Bug Fixing Policy here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Atlassian+Bug+Fixing+Policy, please vote on this issue and provide your direct feedback to our Developers so that they know what features are important to you.

Cheers,

Hi Paula,

Is there any workaround to get the shortcut back? A lot of our users find Atlassian via the Google shortcut.

Thanks

Simon
