I tried to use UPM today but get "The Atlassian Plugin Exchange server is not reachable". Is it down or something change?
I verified that cannot connect to HTTPS site as following
openssl s_client -connect plugins.atlassian.com:443
CONNECTED(00000003)
write:errno=104

It was down for a long period of time yesterday :(. Was back working last night (ie 12 hours ago) and seems to be working partly now. I did notice problems on Plugin Studio accessing information from the plugin exchange, so something is probably still not right there.
