Atlassian Stack OnDemand vs Download

We are exploring the implementation of an Atlassian stack including JIRA, Agile, Capture, Confluence, Team Calendars and Bamboo both hosted and on-demand.

I need to investigate the impact of the following scenario: if JIRA (Download) and Confluence (OnDemand) are used, will they lose any integration functionality, being that one is download and the other is on-demand?

Also the same question if Bamboo was hosted locally (Download) but all other products were OnDemand.

Hi Robert,

It is possible to link OnDemand and hosted applications. Do keep in mind that user management and stuff can be a bit bothersome because of the fact that OnDemand has it own user management.

Why are you considering doing some on OnDemand and some on Hosted?

Won't it be easier to simply do all on OnDemand or all on Hosted?
