Atlassian Teams feature for Jira Software(Datacenter)

Hi,

Atlassian team feature is available for Jira Cloud (SaaS) product, the same feature is not available in Datacenter.

What is an Atlassian team? | Atlassian Support

Anyone knows whether this feature will be included in coming releases for Datacenter? 

Or any alternative way to achieve above feature in Datacenter Jira?

Currently, the Team feature is only used in Advanced Roadmaps and I wasn't able to find any related tickets on this. So there might not be any plans yet on this.
