I saw that you created another post related to the same issue and the bounce on the email address was removed.
Just to let you know that I removed all other email addresses from the same domain from the suppression list, so if anyone else was facing issues, it should work now.
Also, the email address you mentioned returns this response:
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
With this said, if the affected user is still not receiving notifications, you need to reach out to the IT department of your company and ask them to whitelist our domains and IPs.
