Hi;
Customer and our agents can not open attachements in the comment
Getting 404 error (errorpage.jpg)
but we can open it in the attachements tab (attach.jpg)
Noticed that url is different ;
URL in the comment (getting 404 error)

URL in the attachement(no problem to getting docs)
https://destek.payflex.com.tr/secure/attachment/10163/KIM-%20CIB-1.0.0.pdf
