Attaching Issue Type Scheme to Components

hello, thanks for reading! 

Is there a way to have sub-task only on certain components and not others? 

We don't want to allow sub-tasks at the project level, but we do want to at the component level. 

Reason: During QA there is a need for sub-tasks, such as each page of a website. However, we found sub-tasks can get a bit out of control, so we don't want them on other components.

No, sub-tasks are enabled at a project level and are not restricted by their parent issue type.
