I have a problem with all Jira Cloud SM, SW, WM:
All attachments in Jira Service Management / Jira Work Management and Jira Software Management are now only displayed as an icon with the caption ‘Error loading’. None of the attachments exceed the size limit. We do not have more than 1 to approx. 12 attachments in any ticket (usually none at all)
The attachments can be downloaded via ‘Download all’ and also individually.
This programme behaviour has been occurring for approx. 4 weeks. The program behaviour also occurs with administrators, which is why I do not assume that there are any authorisation problems. We have not made any changes to authorisations or project settings.
All the reports I have found about this related to cases where there were a lot of attachments to the tickets. Jira Cloud Standard is used.
What can I to?

We have not made any changes that could explain this programme behaviour. The problem affects all users. At best, I can ask the Office-IT whether any security configurations of the network have been adjusted. But I dont think so

Hi @Ingo Syllwasschy, were there any changes to your site recently, does this happen to all users that they can't view the attachment?
It could be a site-specific issue that you need to raise a ticket for.
