Attachment Pop up Message

I am looking for  a solution for a Pop Up message when a attachemnt is attached in a bug. Is there a way to do this in JIRA 6.4.13?

According to GDPR regulations I asked to raise suggestion - Enable to add pop-ups with notification messages when uploading files. Please vote.

Not without hacking code into JIRA - you'll need something (javascript) injected into the issue view/create/edit screens that can detect when a user has used the attachment button and pops up another box (I'd strongly recommend not doing this - popups which interfere with a flow like this are very annoying)
