Attachment Security

Is it possible to add encryption to all attachments such that downloading an attachment to a "non-network" computer would render it unopenable? This is our current security solution to email attachments and we would like to expand the same security to our Confluence wiki.

The best way to do this is to implement a client side product that will transparently encrypt and decrypt such uploads. This functionality is impossible to achieve on the server.
