Attachment health failure

Hi,

I have recently migrated Jira from Ubuntu to Ubuntu. All functionalities are working fine. However, there is an error in attachment health checks.

I have checked the issue number as mentioned in the attachment. The attachment is available in the issue number, but it still throws the same error and I am not able to download it as well.

Hi @Mayur Jadhav,

Have you set permissions for the entire Attachments folder for Jira users in Linux? I mean, for example:

chown -R jira:jira /var/atlassian/jira/application-data/data/attachments/ 

And Jira restart.
