I am unable to view attachments in a "List View", when I click on List view I get the error below and even after re-loading the page issue persists.

Seems like it's working for me in a cloud instance.
My suggestion would be (if you haven't already) see if the issue still persists when you log in incognito (Chrome).
If that solves it, clear cache/cookies.
If not, maybe it's related to the files you're uploading, either way at the point might be worth lodging a support request :)
Its happening in Incognito mode as well. I have PDF, excels attached to the JIRA
