Attachments Not Getting Uploaded

When I am trying to upload the attachment in Jira ticket, its not getting upload... why ? Please help

Do you have the correct permission to do this?

Check you permission on an issue, via the permission helper

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

There might be a lot of different reasons, so please first elaborate a bit:

Where are you trying to upload the attachement (browser, os, app, portal vs jira, in a comment, create screen or transition screen,..)
Are you a customer or jira licensed user?
What kind of attachement is it (type / size)
What kind of error message (if any) are you getting?

With this information we can help figure out if it is a permission, configuration or upload size issue.
