Attachments cannot be found in Lab Environment but work in Production Environment

We have setup a server lab environment for our Cloud migration and we get 404 errors or the "Ouch, we cannot find message" when we try to access the attachments in the lab but the they load fine in production.

The name of the attachments seem to be fine.

We did a full re-index after we moved the attachment files

Any suggestions?

Hi, when you do an 'official' migration to Cloud our systems will update permissions.

I'm assuming your site is something like companyone.atlassian and your test lab is companyonetest.atlassian. If so then images on companyonetest don't know you have permission to view them.
