We use both jira software and jira service desk. The software part is used mostly internal and for specific projects. The service desk part is used for our customers.
We have a few agents that can work on the service desk requests (we work on those in jira software though) and if the agents need assistance from developers or other staff that are not agents, we create a 3rd level support request in jira software for those employees to work on.
All comments and attachments flow between the two requests wich is fine. However in several cases the attachments have multiplied, and in some cases the total number of attachments is 204!
Would you reccomend that we don't allow the attachments to flow between the two requests?
Not seeing what could be wrong. Can you advise?
Also. Is there a way to "block" attachments that are logos from Facebook, LinkedIn and those kind of things? but allow other attachments?
