Attachments not working when migrating a single Project from a Local server to a Jira Cloud account.
We recently tested migrating a Jira Project form a Legacy Jira Cloud account to out Mina Jira Cloud account. The steps we followed were to backup and restore the all of the data from our Legacy Jira to a stand alone locally hosted Free\Trial Jira server. This worked ok. All project items are visible, complete and functional. We then used the Jira “Migrate To Cloud” plugin to move one select Project from the local server to our Main Jira Cloud account. According to he logs form the Migration tool, the migration completed ok. We can see the migrated project in the Main Jira Cloud account. The project items are visible and functional; However, the attachments are not visible. When viewing one of the Migrated Jira items which should have an attachment (PNG, MP4, etc.), there is a pulsing icon in the location on the page where the attachment should. If I click the icon, I am redirected to a Web Page with the message “We can’t preview this file type. Try downloading the file to view it.” If I click the Download button provided, the download fails.
