Hello,
We have set up an automation for round-robing agent assign - is there a way we can see a specific log that could show us who edited "what" in the automation?
Currently, it only shows that "x" user modified the rule but it does not specify what the user did, for some reason, some users are randomly been dropped out of the round-robin list and we wan't to double check if it's something wrong with the rule of a user is accidently removing someone from the list.
Hi @Ender
Currently, it shows the action and who edited it.
The message with who did what is still under progress

You could limit the number of project admins/Jira admins to restrict these actions from other users who do not need the privileges f you think they editing these settings!!
Thanks
Thank you for your answer, the problem is that for some reason we are seing agents been taken out of the queue without any config change happening, what else could be dropping out agents from the round-robin queue?
