Authentication policies feature not visible in admin

Hello,

We don't have Altassian Access, and we don't have the security menu in admin in  order to configure: Authentication policies.

Is it only limited with altassian Access ?
I read that organization < 2020 needs will receive this feature in a second step but I would like just to know if Altassian Access is a must for that ?

The security menu option and the Authentication Policies feature are available to site (or organizational) admins without Atlassian Access. However, to configure more than one policy you need Atlassian Access.
