Auto Create Story and subtask across project

I would like to know the automation-like scenario as below : 

1. There are 2 projects
   1. Project A
   2. Project B
2. User create ticket A in Project A 
   1. Automate rule
      1.  Create ticket B in project B
      2. Create subtask C link to ticket B

Your rule would look more or less like this:

 

This is a sample from a test environment I am using. In your scenario, you should replace the WHEN part by WHEN issue created and add a condition after that to make sure that you are only checking for issues created in your project A.
