Auto Search entered URL present on previously created ticket's.

Hi All,

Have requirement on custom field to Auto Search entered URL present on previously created ticket's when a ticket got created.

Basically we have URL field "Environment URL", on 1700 tickets this field has different urls present.

Now when a user creates a ticket and adds URL to field and submitted request, then with Automation or web hook or  rest api call to search the entered url is present on previously created tickets if present an comment need to be added and auto close request, if entered URL is not present no action need to be taken.  Can any one please suggest can this requirement achievable. Thanks
