Auto-Update Date Field to Reflect Current Value of Existing Date Field

Hello. I'm having issues with my Custom Field and ScriptRunner.

I'm trying to get an Auto-Updated Field, "Last Forecast Start Change" to update to the Current-Date when another Field ("Forecast Start") is Updated/Changed.

I'm using ScriptRunner Fields. Could somebody help me with the Script?
