Auto assign issues based off timezone

Hello 

We have individuals in Seattle and London, is there a way to create rules to assign issues based off timezone? 

For example if an issue is created during London working hours assign to Bob and if creating during Seattle working hours assign to Sarah? I've stated this another way below. 

Assignment by based off Seattle time

• Assign to Bob in London: 1am – 6am (1:00-6:00)
• Assign to Sarah in Seattle: 7am – 5pm (7:00-15:00)
• Assign to Bob in London: 6pm – 12am (16:00-24:00)

Welcome to the community. The best I can suggest for Jira Cloud is Power Scripts, and then writing a script to assign based on time.
