Auto close Parent issue

Can i automatically close parent when all subtasks are closed ?

Hi, Can i automatically close parent when all subtasks are closed, Previously it's working fine but suddenly isn't working, we can't using any plugins and groovy scripts, please help, its urgent.

Hello,

Without plugins this feature is only available in Jira Software Sprints. When all subtasks are in the most right column in the board. Jira will ask you, if you want to close the parent issue.

yes i'm using jira software sprints only, but some projects are working the options and some projects aren't working, Please suggest me.

 Boards are not connected to projects. Could you share a screenshot with the board where you can not close subtasks? Are you sure it is a Jira Software board? Not a business board (business board are available in Cloud for Business projects)?

You should move your subtasks to the Not Done column. Only tasks in the most right column of a board are considered as Done.
