We are using the latest version of the JIRA Servicedesk / Cloud.
Could anyone tell me how I auto close a support case when the status has been "Waiting for customer" in X days?
I guess I need to change/add a trigger to the WF but I'm thought there where a default trigger for this ;o) I do not have any additional plugins - only the out-of-the-box cloud Servicedesk.

You can not do it out of the box. You would need a plugin.
