Auto copy the value from a custom field to another

I need to create a custom flied in JIRA and automatically copy the value from another Custom field into it. Is this possible? If so, how?

You can do this via a post function. I think the JIRA Misc workflow or the JIRA Suite Utilities plugin has this.
