Hello
We are working on buying Jira license to manage support tickets/issues received from our clients. So here is the thing:
One of our clients is sending us support tickets in form of email, so the question is:
Is there a way to auto create/add a ticket on Jira for each email sent to us?
Meaning that once we receive the email, we need a ticket to be opened automatically instead of creating it one by one.
Regards

Yes. JIRA supports creating issues from emails. I suggest you do a search for 'JIRA creating issues from email' and review the documentation.
