Auto populate value depending on role. (JSW Server)

Hi Teams,

I have this case scenario:
I need to auto populate a field upon creation of request, e.g Data Domain, depending on the role of a user, e.g Ask HR agent. If the role is another one, e.g New team of HR, then the field will be auto populate the field upon creation of request which will not be amendable and another field will also be auto populate e.g Team field.

Could I get advise on that if it is possible and if we need add-on to do this functionality.
