Auto story creation issue using mail handler

Hi There,

I'm trying to configure the auto issue and add comments in our JIRA setup. I've configured the settings using an external id as per the instructions given in the below link

And trying to create the story by sending an email from the external mail on which the POP ac was created in the JIRA. But still the story is not getting created. 

Can anyone throw light on this issue ?? looking for a solution immediately. Please respond ASAP.
