Auto transition a story to complete when linked tasks are done

How can I or is there a way to write an Automation rule for:
Project = DUOS When all linked tasks on a issue type = Story are done
then
transition the Story to completed

Instead of using subtasks in the related conditions, you can use linked issues and use the corresponding link relationship.
