Autofill scriptrunner

Hey,

I would really appreciate if someone would be able to help me with 2 cases I have.

1st - I have a dropdown list with 5 options. And I need to create the 2nd field autofill based on the first one. If selected 1, autofill 1, if selected 2, autofill 2, if selected 3, autofill 3 etc. (Creating issue)

2nd - Auto assignee. I have 4 approval processes in my workflow, so I need to create auto assign based on which department employee chose. For example, creating ticket - department (HR) auto assignee HR manager. 

Can anyone help me to get this done?
