Automate Custom Fields in Sub Task to Copy Value from Main Task

Hello There, 

I have a main task ticket with these 4 custom fields.
Inside these main task there are Sub tasks as well with the same custom fields.
I want to automate the fields in the sub task to take the value same as the main task automatically.

Please help me with the formula to be used in Automation
