Automate custom field- based on value in a custom field, pick up values in custom

Hello All, 

I am new to scriptRunner/ behavior and want to write script to automate custom fields,

i have custom field- cost centre and cost center name, approx 10 cost centre and names.

when i select cost centre-000111- then cost centre name gets filled "Project111"

Can any pls suggest, how start with or how to write the code in scriptrunner.
