Hi everyone,
I am using Clockwork for the time tracking report. I work as a PMO and spend 4 hours in calls daily. I want to automate this repetitive task so that automation logs hours on my behalf every day under a specific ticket that I created for logging hours related to PMO tasks. I also need this automation to work for one more user as well.
So the automation should log 4 hours on my behalf and on behalf of one more user every day under a specific ticket. Is it possible to create such an automation rule?

Hi @BenWade
My name is Gracjan, I am a Customer Success Expert at HeroCoders, the team behind the Clockwork app.
As mentioned by @Duc Thang TRAN, you can easily do that with Scheduled Trigger and Log Work action.
Also, if you are using the Pro version of the app, you can create repeated worklogs.
This option creates a series of identical work logs for a specific issue across multiple days. You can do that for several months in the future.
If you need any help with either automation or repeated worklogs, you can contact us through our Support Center.
Best Regards,
Gracjan
Hello @BenWade
You can create an automation like this. You need to work on your JQL query to capture all the repetitive issues you are looking for.
I have scheduled it from Monday to Friday. The automation will start at 20:00, logging 4 hours, starting from 14:00, which means it will end at 18:00. You need to adjust it according to your needs.
hope this will help you
