Is it possible to automatically create JIRA ticket in the Company Internal JIRA from External Client JIRA?
We have clients that use JIRA and at present we replicate all the information from the External JIRA ticket to an internal JIRA board for the client due to limitations of permissions, board setup and of course internal accessibility and communication. If there is a way to connect the 2 boards and automate creation of ticket in the internal board when there is once created in the external board and I am the assignee it will save time, effort and reduce the risk of missing any ticket internally.
Thanks
Amit
Hello @Amit Lakhani
Welcome to the community.
There are a variety of third party apps that could be used to synchronize information between two separate Jira instances. Here is a search from the Atlassian Marketplace to help you get started.

@Amit Lakhani hi! As Trudy says, you can check the marketplace and pick the tool that fits your needs best. I'd like mention to checking out ZigiOps. It's a flexible, no-code integration tool that can help you solve your use case - connect/sync the instances and keep their data updated all the time. Feel free to explore the ZigiOps connector and if you think it would useful, book a demo to see how it works.

It's Aleksandra from Deviniti, the vendor of the Issue Sync - Synchronization for Jira app.
If you need to synchronize two projects either on the same or separate Jira instances, you could set up a connection in our app which, based on selected triggers and JQL conditions, will automatically synchronize all tickets.
I encourage you to start a free trial and try it yourself. Hopefully, your teams will find it useful!
Cheers,
Aleksandra
