Hi, we are trying to automate tickets from our shared mailbox, but it requires a password that we don't have as a shared mailbox doesn't require a password.
Could you please assist?

You will need to use an account that has authentication. I believe that there is a way to setup a shared mailbox to have authentication. It is not best practice to use a shared mailbox and I would suggest just converting it to a standard account.
