Automated Admin Access Control

Dear Team ,

I want to add access control in JIRA , where Security team person can provide admin access to any user (Basis of approval) and access should be revoke automatically (Time like after 2 hrs , 2 day based on requirement) 

Also logs for this access for audit purpose . Can anyone help me  on this .
