i need help.
i need a solution which the
tickets are to be picked up from a third website to Atlassian's Jira
Cloud Ticket System.
Can you please give me detailed instructions on how to do this.
I've been researching for a few weeks but I just can't get any further.
I would appreciate an answer very much.

I think the way around this would be to build/create an issue within a project. That would literally translate to an import if you're thinking in that angle. There's no API to perform import per se. However, if you think about, importing basically does a creation of the issue. So if you can literally create the issue in a bulk manner with all the necessary fields and field values, then you can classify that as an import. You can look into the create issue API for your use case.
Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with Jira. I'm doing an internship and I'm supposed to do it as a project. Can you please give me a simple guide with steps how to do all this?
