This request is for my JIRA project and For the specific issue type, we would like to set a automated reminder email to the Issue Assignee for the Issue Aging days (10, 20, 30 and 60 days). Kindly let us know on the feasibility and how to proceed further with this.
note: I do not have jira admin access. But according to the project, I am added as a project admin.
Kindly suggest me on this.
Hi @Packialakshmi Subramanian - The simplest way to do this is setup a filter for the issues that meet the aging criteria and then setup a filter subscription so that they get an email listing the issues that meet the criteria.
Be sure to add "assignee = currentUser()" to the filter in order to make sure the filter shows personalized results when it is emailed to each person in the subscribed group.

Adding to this as I have the same question about aging ticket alerts. I am the manager and I want to set up an email reminder for when any ticket has not been updated in 5 days. I only want it to send to the Assignee.
