Automatic Addition of Watchers

How can I setup automatic addition of watchers in my "Change Request" Issue type and script runner is enabled for my instance?

A bit more context to your current problem would be handy:

• How are these watchers decided where to be placed?
• Are these watchers in groups?
• Do they have anything in common?
• Are these watchers going to be dynamic or static?

We only have 3 watchers that needs to be added automatically when a Change Request Issue Type is created and my project type is software. And the watchers will be static. These watchers are not present in a group.
