Good day. I want to configure my service desk to send an e-mail template upon some actions done.
For example i need an e-mail template to go out to the owner of the ticket when his ticket
resolution is "moved to product queue", linked to the new created ticket.
The e-mail template should go out informing the owner of the ticket with the new ticket link as well.
I know how to create a new resolution category but how can i make an e-mail template go out if certain actions are met?
