Hi,

Can you help me giving me a JQL code in order to set an automatic email every 20th of every month?

Thank you in advance

Hi @Carolina Fumarola

There is no way to do this using JQL, however what you can do is create a scheduled automation, set up a cron like 0 0 8 20 * ? which will trigger the automation on 20th of each month at 8am & then in the action you can add send mail action, which should solve your query.

Hope it helps.

Hi @Carolina Fumarola , thanks for your question.

You can program a filter subscription to send a digest of emails at that interval - Manage filters | Jira Software Cloud | Atlassian Support

Then, I just googled a CRON to help you set the interval for every 20th day of the month - Crontab.guru - The cron schedule expression editor.

Hope this helps you.

Cheers
