Automatic assignee issue

I have a problem with team boards , somehow when we change the status of issue assignee is automatically assign to old value. 

Could you please help about where or how can I change that ?

check in the ticket history who made the assignee change. It can be jira automation rules

or plugins like Scriptrunner.
