Automatic assignment of users when creating a new project.

While creating a new project, the same users are automatically always assigned to it. I have not yet found a solution to turn off the automatic assignment of users when creating a project. Does anyone know about this?

The only thing I could think of with this capability would be the workflow, components, or some sort of Automation running in your instance
