How to automatically backup in jira cloud found , few articles that we can do it by programming language but it does not help.

As of now Jira does not have native functionality to automate cloud backups. However there is feature request raised here you can upvote.

You can try this add-on Revyz Data Manager for Jira |Backup Restore Analyze Optimize to automate Jira Backups.
