Automatic data refresh sometimes erases the data - Jira Cloud for Sheets

Hi,

I have the Jira Cloud for Sheets plugin set for automatic data refresh with an interval of 1 hour. Recently, during the refresh, the data does not get imported and the previous data gets erased. So the data dump remains blank, and whenever this happens the next scheduled data refresh does not happen.

We are dependent on the data dump to do our analysis and present the data in the sheets, so this is causing a major problem.
Any idea on what can I do to fix this?

I am using the plugin UI interface and JQL to fetch the data, not the JIRA() function. Let me know if JIRA() might be more stable.
