Automatic version status of a component

Hello all,

I currently have a simple confluence table which presents the stage of each Component version (there are 3 stages: Dev / Testing / Prod), and when each stage is planned to start (or was started). Currently this table is manually updated. Please see the mock-up below.

I am looking for a way to automate the table, so that the "Current Deployment Stage" column will be automatically updated (e.g. "Prod" will appear once the version is released), and that the 2 due date columns will also be automatically updated.

Does anyone know which Gadget will work for this, or will I need to develop the API?
