Automatically Set Due Date based on resource schedule like MS Project does

Need to know a basic feature available in most project management tool in Jira.

The due date need to be set automatically based on resource availability and work allocation

Can Jira do this?

Jira ia a task tracking tool and doesn’t behave as a project management tool. 

Check out Portfolio for Jira which has many of those features for you.

Unfortunately, JIRA (without addons such as Tempo Planner or Portfolio for JIRA) has no concept of resource capacity and availability. 

You will need to look at the addons mentioned above to fulfil this requirement.
