Hi.
We have, say, "Project CS" - using by external CS team (CSE), and "Project Dev" for internal developers.
CSE don't have access to Dev project, so when developers create ticket related to ticket in "Project CS" - CSE don't see that and have no idea if there is a work going on.
Apparently, Jira does not allow users without access to project even see links to this project tickets, i.e. to see a link, but when trying to open it, see "Page you opened can't be viewed" or something.
Is it possible to leave auto-comment in "Project CS" ticket when it being linked in "Project Dev" ticket?
