is it possible to assign a ticket automatically to a Tempo team?
Also, how does it work for projects with different Tempo teams? Is there a way to pre-define properties to allow them to find the suitable ticket?

Assignee field is a one person field so the ticket is only assigned to one person. So as far as I know, you cannot do this.
You can, however, create a custom field (maybe call it Group) and populate it with same values as the names of your Tempo Teams. Then make filters that match each Group value and therefore each Tempo Team. That way you are linking unassigned issues to the corresponding Tempo Team.
