We are looking to automatically close our Jira Service Desk issues if they have not been updated after a certain amount of time (1 week for example). This HAS to be if it has not been updated, not in general after a certain amount of time so I haven`t found a way to do this via SLA`s / Automation. Any ideas?
I don't know if you want to use SLA as a measure, but this should work disregarding SLA. Let me know if it works I have some reserves but let's find out what happens.
